Terms of service
These terms apply to the use of Restock ("the app"), published by LÚMÉA Apps ("we"), by merchants who install it on a Shopify store ("you"). By installing the app you accept these terms.
1. The service
The app gives restock suggestions, purchase orders, receiving and reports based on your store's data and the settings you enter. Suggestions are estimates based on past sales; they are not guarantees of future sales or stock levels. You remain responsible for the orders you place with your suppliers and for your stock.
2. Plans and billing
- The Free plan is free forever and covers up to 5 products. Paid plans cover more products and start with a 7-day free trial.
- When a store has more products than its plan covers, the app plans for the best-selling products up to the limit.
- Charges are made by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in USD, every 30 days, until you cancel.
- You can change plans or cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; charges stop from the next billing cycle. Refunds follow Shopify's billing rules.
3. Your data
Your store data stays yours. We use it only to provide the app, as described in our privacy policy. The app changes your store only when you confirm it (received stock and new unit costs).
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to access other stores' data, to overload or reverse-engineer the service, or to use the "Notify me" list for anything other than telling customers about the product they asked for.
5. Availability
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantee of uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is kept short.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits resulting from the use of suggestions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes are announced in the app.
